If the driver of a vehicle is under the age of 18, only one passenger can be in the front seat, and there can be no more passengers in the rear seat than there are seatbelts.
625 ILCS 5/6-107e: States that if the driver of a vehicle is under the age of 18, only one passenger can be in the front seat, and there can be no more passengers in the rear seat than there are seatbelts. There is no age limitation. |
